These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.solwave.co.ke (the “Website”), which is owned and operated by Solwave Technologies (“Business”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). They apply to all visitors, users, customers, and to all products and services we offer. By accessing our Website, placing an order, or purchasing any goods or services from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Website.
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
- When you can return: Within 7 days of purchase or delivery (Kenya only).
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- How to return: Bring to our store or send by courier. Customers pay for return delivery unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds: We send refunds within 1–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Restocking fee: 15% charge for returns that are not faulty (for example, if you change your mind).
- Items you can’t return: Software, licenses, digital items, custom orders, or products that are used, damaged, or incomplete.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Terms
- Delivery cost: Standard fee of KES 500. Costs may change depending on size, weight, or location.
- Delivery time: Usually 1–3 business days.
- Same-day delivery: Available for orders made before 3:00 PM (EAT), if in stock.
- Delays: Bad weather, traffic, or stock issues may delay delivery. These do not allow cancellation.
- Your own courier: If you use your own courier, Solwave Technologies is not responsible once goods leave our store.
- Check your order: Report delivery problems within 2 business days.
- Test items (evaluation goods): Must be returned within 7 working days or they will be billed as sold.
💳 Payment Information
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only in Nairobi for orders of KES 10,000 or less.
- MPESA: Paybill 100400, Account RDS.
- Bank Transfer/EFT: Share proof of payment before we dispatch.
- Advance payment: Required for orders outside Nairobi or above KES 500,000.
- Late payments: May result in suspension of services or legal action.

- How we use it: To process orders, provide support, improve services, send optional updates, and follow legal rules.

🛠 Warranty Policy
- Coverage: Warranties are from the product manufacturer only.
- What you need: Original receipt and packaging with all accessories.
- Not covered: Misuse, mishandling, power surges, unauthorized repairs, or broken seals.
- Process time: Repairs or replacements can take up to 12 weeks.
- Swap option: On some items, we may provide a replacement in advance. If the returned product has no fault, you must pay full price.
- Refurbished items: Come with a limited warranty and may have small cosmetic issues.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
- Solwave Technologies is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, missed business, or data loss.
- By purchasing from us, you agree to protect Solwave Technologies against third-party claims related to product misuse or defects.
