- Returns are accepted within 7 days (Kenya only)
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- A 15% restocking fee applies for non-faulty returns
- Software, digital goods, and custom orders are non-returnable
- Refunds are processed within 1–7 business days

- Standard delivery fee: KES 500
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days
- Same-day delivery for in-stock items ordered before 3:00 PM (EAT)
