At Solwave Technologies, we are committed to supplying reliable products sourced from trusted brands. Many of our items are backed by official manufacturer warranties, designed to cover specific defects and faults under defined conditions. This policy explains the scope of coverage, when warranties apply, and how to make a claim.

🏷️ Manufacturer’s Warranty

  • Most products we sell are covered by warranties provided directly by their original manufacturers.
  • Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions differ by product and brand.
  • Solwave Technologies does not extend or provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers.
  • Warranties apply only to products purchased directly from Solwave Technologies.
  • Every warranty claim must include the original sales invoice or receipt.

🚫 When Warranty Does Not Apply

Warranty coverage is not valid if:

  • Improper Use: The product is used outside of the manufacturer’s intended purpose or guidelines.
  • Physical Damage or Misuse: Includes breakage, drops, liquid spills, fire, or impact damage.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or modifications made by unapproved technicians.
  • Tampered Seals: If seals or serial numbers are altered, removed, or broken.
  • No Proof of Purchase: Absence of the original invoice or receipt.
  • Power Damage: Damage from power surges, unstable electricity, or lightning (unless otherwise specified).
  • External Damage: Visible cracks, dents, corrosion, or liquid intrusion.

📦 How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Return the product with its original packaging and all included accessories.
  2. Provide the original tax invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.
  3. Our team will inspect the item before determining repair, replacement, or credit issuance.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is confirmed defective and covered under warranty.
  • If the product is inspected and found fault-free or out of warranty, return shipping charges will apply.
  • If a replacement item is not available, we may issue a store credit or offer an alternative.

🔄 Advanced Replacement Option

  • In some cases, we may offer an advance replacement before receiving the faulty product.
  • If the returned item is later tested and found to be Not Faulty (No Fault Found – NFF), you will be billed in full for the replacement unit.

⏱️ Repairs and Turnaround Time

  • Certain repairs may require sending the item to the original manufacturer or international service centers.
  • Depending on the product and manufacturer, repairs may take up to 12 weeks.
  • Our responsibility is limited to coordinating warranty service as determined by the manufacturer.
  • Items not collected within 30 days after repair completion may be resold to recover costs.

♻️ Refurbished & Certified Refurbished Products

  • Refurbished items are pre-owned units restored to working condition by manufacturers or authorized vendors.
  • They may include reused parts, cosmetic imperfections (such as scratches or dents), or repackaged accessories.
  • Warranty terms for refurbished products are limited and strictly defined by the manufacturer.
  • Solwave Technologies provides only limited after-sales support on refurbished items.

📋 Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to warranty returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You must collect repaired or replaced items promptly once notified, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Solwave Technologies is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses such as loss of business, income, or data.
  • Equipment downtime or service interruptions caused by product failure.
  • Any verbal commitments not confirmed in writing within the official warranty terms.

By purchasing or using our products, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solwave Technologies, its employees, and affiliates against any third-party claims, damages, or liabilities arising from product use, misuse, or malfunction.
